Hey.This is Maria Pronenko and in this issue I came to visit Tele2.
They entered the Russian market in 2003, but in Moscow learned about them not at once. Only in 2015 the company managed to start working with the capital's subscribers.
I was interested to know how they entered the big four mobile operators of Russia from a relatively small company and, of course, how a woman manages to build a strategy for a huge Corporation.
I talked to Svetlana Skvortsova , Director of strategic planning at Tele2.
Svetlana joined Tele2 Russia in August 2010. Under her leadership, the process of strategic analysis in the company was developed and launched, a long-term business forecasting model was developed, and projects for planning organizational strategy cycles were successfully implemented.
